Cardwell has always been a traditional stop for those traveling the Bruce Highway between Cairns and Townsville. The Marina Restaurant continues this tradition with Café style service for your Flat White, Latte, or pot of Tea. Most visitors though opt for the waterfront lunch service.

Marina Restaurant offers superb meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Local seafood of Mud Crabs and Barramundi is the specialty! Situated at the center of the Port Hinchinbrook Marina complex guests can experience the relaxed atmosphere on the boardwalk, or more formal setting in the air-conditioned main Restaurant area. Regardless of which - the setting is simply magnificent.

Endeavour Bar is part of the Marina Restaurant and is also a miniature maritime museum with binnacle, ships wheels, a 100 year old air pump for divers, navigation lights and magnificent wood carvings. The giant carving of Captain James Cook's Endeavour measures in at 3.4 metres length x 2.7 metres in height
