Fishing Classic 2008 This four-day event continues to grow every year, so much so that in 2007 there were 58 vessels competing for the $50,000 in cash and prizes. 2008 will be the 7th annual Fishing Classic, now established as one of the most prestigious fishing tournaments in Australia. The program of events include a cocktail party followed by dinner on the first night and the presentation of trophies on the final night, while competitors enjoy a beautiful waterfront dinner at the spectacular Marina Restaurant.
